Shipping Policy

Delivery times will vary depending on location. For our 3D garments, estimated delivery within the United States after your order has been dispatched is 5-15 business days. On average it takes approximately 3-6 days to knit your garment after the order placement, followed by an additional 2-5 days for shipping. We assure you the wait will be worthwhile!

Non 3D garments are estimated between 3-7 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer returns & or exchange within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges after 30 days. For a return or exchange to be eligible, the item must be in its original condition(tags attached, unused and unwashed and in the original packaging).

Please note that if the item is stained, stretched, damaged, or in any other unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to withhold a refund or exchange. 

To complete your return, you must contact us and receive our return authorization before returning any item. The cost of returning any item is the responsibility of the customer. 

Please note, that a refund will only take place after the good has been retuned, inspected by our returns department and deemed to be in original resalable condition.  

We kindly ask that you are mindful about your environmental impact, and that each order is placed consciously, with the intention of keeping all items ordered. Before initiating your return, please consider the waste and carbon emission impact of making a return, or placing an order with the intention of only keeping some of the items. 

Kindly ensure you have a receipt for your return shipping charges as Larumie will not be responsible for items lost in the post during return.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
